If you subscribed inside the iOS app, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device and cancel there — Apple manages that billing, and we cannot cancel it for you. If you subscribed on the website, use Manage Billing in your ParlayX account settings.
Open Settings › Billing in the app and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks your Apple ID against our records and reapplies your plan. If it still does not appear, email us with the Apple receipt and we will fix it manually.
Some features are limited by US state for legal reasons, so we verify which state you are in. We use it for that check and for the audit record the check produces — not for advertising.
No. ParlayX is an analytics product. We accept no wagers, hold no funds, and have no connection to any sportsbook. Projections are model estimates, not predictions of what will happen.
In the app, go to Settings, scroll down to the Danger Zone section, and choose Delete Account — you will be asked to confirm. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you, along with the data tied to it, and confirm when it is done.
